I been a realtor since 2009 and must say I have a good knowledge of helping customers with buying their first home or if they are upgrading or if they are downsizing. Also helping people buy investment properties and any type of commercial properties. I have a knowledge of the hospitality industry as I operated my personal motels and hotels.
In the last several years I developed a property where I built a 3 story apartment building and fully rented it out and also managed it. Very good knowledge of the building codes and very familiar with the Landlord and tenant act.
I lived in Brampton since the 1980 and know Brampton very well. I love seeing a smile on people when I help my clients buy the prefect property for the best price and or getting the best price for their house. I assist all my clients to get the house ready for the market. The smallest detail can make a big difference in price. Making the fist impressions excellent means the best price for the seller.
